A base with movement cracks or poor drainage will continue to deteriorate. Any surface laid over it, resin or otherwise, will follow the same movement. Delaying means the excavation and sub-base work becomes more extensive and more costly when the job is eventually done.

The price depends on area size and whether the existing base can be overlaid or needs excavating. Excavation, MOT Type 1 sub-base, edge restraints and resin bound finish are each quoted as separate lines, so you can see exactly what each stage costs before agreeing to anything.

Cure time is typically 24 hours under normal conditions. The resin must be laid in dry weather above a minimum temperature, cold or wet conditions prevent it from bonding correctly. The installation date is chosen to fit a suitable weather window.
